Well, there are several firms in Alabama that do FDCPA work. However, you are welcome to give my office a call (or email me) and discuss your case. My firm generally handles FDCPA cases on a contingency fee agreement.

James Patterson and Matt Dunaway are excellent FDCPA attorneys. I don't think you will find any good ones who do it on anything other than a contingency basis.
