Legal Question in Consumer Law in Alabama
I found a bug in a package of hot dogs. I did not open them, but you can clearly see the bug at the top of the package. Is the company liable? If so, then for what?

I believe you are asking what you can get from the company. The answer is nothing, because you are not damaged. Ask yourself, how am I hurt by this?
