Legal Question in Consumer Law in Alabama
I have hired a private investigator and have prepaid for the services as they all say that I had to. I have yet to get any results and can rarely contact this p.i. to recieve any information. That was back in Oct of 2009 and the duration was one week. What can I do to either recieve my money back or reicieve the results?

You can take him to District Court and sue him for your money.
