You do not identify the nature of your dispute. However, Alabama Lemon Law allows an Alabama consumer recovery for certain damages. It also allows a reasonable allowance for a consumer's use of the vehicle. The allowance is the amount directly attributable to use by you, the consumer, before the first report of the nonconformity to the manufacturer. It is calcualted by multiplying the full purchase price of the vehicle by a fraction equivalent to number of miles on the vehicle before the first report divided by 100,000.

If you are involved in a dispute with a manufacturer through the BBB Autoline you should know that some manufactuerers do not arbitrate pursuant to the Lemon Law. This answer will not apply if you are not operating under Alabama Lemon Law.
