Legal Question in Consumer Law in Alabama
Object in food
What can I do about a hard nasty object that I found in a string cheese stick that I was eating. I have photos and video of the object still in the cheese stick and once I removed it from the stick.

Re: Object in food
Unless you were injured by the object, such as breaking a tooth, or some type of other physical injury, it is difficult to bring these actions against the manufacturer or owner of the food place. Claims for mental anguish and emotional distress are difficult in this area.
