WHAT IF. . .

* You purchased a Camping - type Time Share _ Resorts of Distinction _

(Purchased @ Styx River. Robertsdale, AL near Mobile, AL). . .

* At the time of purchase, after attending the tour, being promised all the discounts, the lure of travel to all over the world, you were told that you must WAIVE your RIGHTS to the Right of Rescission. . .

* You were stupid enough to SIGN it . . .

* The Economy failed shortly after ...But you managed to pay on it for about a year, were NEVER able to use it... and you then were forced to stop paying IN ORDER to SAVE your HOME (which is under an adjustable rate mortgage...

* You are now receiving collection notices and harassing phone calls . . .

IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET OUT OF THIS?

Very difficult to get out of this one. First, you ratified the agreement by paying on it for a year. Second, you signed the document. Is it valid on its face? You should get an attorney to take a look at this for you. I'd be glad to review the document for you with a free 30 minute consultation.
