Legal Question in Consumer Law in Alabama
Tickets for concert sold on ebay, concert cancelled, who gets refund?
I recently sold a pair of concert tickets on an auction website for about $50 less than I purchased them (from TicketMaster) for. The concert was cancelled and TicketMaster informed me that my account would be credited the full amount paid. Am I required, by law, to send the buyer the full face-value of the tickets or should I only send the buyer the amount paid to me?

your purchaser is only out what he/she paid therefore in order to make your purchaser whole you need only to back what your purchaser paid
