Legal Question in Consumer Law in Alabama
unwanted purched vehicle
A friend of mine purchased a new vehicle two days ago. She drove it home, put less than 50 miles on it, got home and read the paperwork and it was not laid out like she had asked them and they agreed to. She returned the vehicle, and they told her she could not bring it back. The payments were higher than she agreed to and there were extras on the vehicle that she did not request. What can she do? Thank you.

Re: unwanted purched vehicle
Sorry, but she is pretty much stuck with it. Once you drive off the lot, you own it.
