Legal Question in Consumer Law in Alabama
Vehicle Safety in Accident
I recently had an automobile accident that totaled my vehicle. The entire front end of my vehicle was completely damaged. During the accident, my front airbags never deployed, and the upper part of my driver seatbelt did not hold, causing me to hit my head on the steering wheel. The injury is not severe, but what recourse do I have? The automobile is a 2000 model and was in excellent condition.

Re: Vehicle Safety in Accident
Were you at fault in the accident? If so, realistically there probably isn't much you can do, because it would be difficult proving why the airbag didn't deploy. If you were not at fault, however, you should at least contact an attorney to represent you against the person whose fault it was.
