Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Alabama

I had an account with Discover Card. A judgement was made against me and because some of the charges were not mine. They dismissed the debt. Now 2 years later another law office is coming to me with a larger amount owed on the card and is in the process of taking me to court for that same card. that was disputed 2 years earlier. Please help!

You should get a lawyer to file your answer. You can probably allege the statute of limitations and get a VERDICT or a dismissal WITH prejudice (not a dismissal without prejudice). Feel free to contact me with any questions.
