Only if the purchases were made by the authorized user. The company would have to prove that the purchases were made by the authorized user. Also, if the authorized user signed the original agreement or ratified the original agreement, the authorized user could be held liable. But, the authorized user cannot be held liable for purchases made by the deceased individual if the authorized purchaser did not sign the agreement or ratify the agreement.
