Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Alabama

civil suit--credit card company

I was just served papers being sued by a credit card company. I am not sure what i need to do next.

I do not have the money that I owe them which is $11,ooo.00 plus interest and cost.

You can either negotiate with them or fight the lawsuit. If you negotiate, make sure you have an agreement that they won't move for a default judgment.
