how can collect a ddbt that a person in small claims case should i it out his check or put a lean on proprty

You could do either, but garnishment is probably easier. Get with a local attorney who can help you with the paperwork.

Well, if you know the specifics about some of the defendant's bank accounts (i.e. bank and account number), you can file garnishment papers to have money taken out of the person's accounts. Filing a lien on the property is certainly an option but it won't result in an immediate payoff. You can also "execute" against any personal property the defendant may have. Check with the District Court clerk where you obtained the judgment. They will have the paperwork you'd need and can help you with procedural issues.
