Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Alabama

I am being taken to court for credit card debt.Can they attatch my buisiness account for personal debt.I am using a DBA account for buisiness.

If the business is not set up as a separate entity, i.e., a limited liability company or a corporation of some type, then yes they can.
