Credit Card Cacellation

I have tried for 3 months to cancel this card, they state they have received my letters but they still have not closed it. Now I am getting statements that have this company charging on my account without my approval. I have called on the first time, they credited it and sent me a refund, now there are four more charges on there. What can I do legal wise? Thanks for your help.

you can file a consumer complaint against the company for charging you unnecessarily and also for mental agony.
