credit card debts

i am on ssi and ss i have a credit card filing suit against me can the force me to sell my home?it is about 3 yrs old.my income is about 500.00 a month.

Yes if they win. They can put their judgment on your home and either (1) wait until you have enough equity in the home to foreclose, or (2) if you have equity they can "force a sale".

GET A LAWYER. If you have to, call Legal Services of Alabama (they help people without income or on SSI). Usually most credit card companies do NOT have any documents.
