Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Alabama

I live in alabama, but A company is sueing me in georgia, are the allowed to do this. I reside in Alabama, they are sueing for a car, that is titled and tagged in alabama, that I am trying to give back but they are refusing to take the car back, and they are refusing to take payment. Do I have a good case.

What is the connection to GA? Did you purchase the car there? Does the contract provide that you agree to jurisdiction in GA?
