Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Alabama
My daughter used our credit cards, opened up accounts, charged on some existing accounts without our permission. My wife does not want to press charges. My question is if we do not press charges what recourse do the creditors have on us. We have not done anything except be the ones guilty of having a little credit that we've built up over the years, we're in our 70's.

If you do not press charges the company will treat it as if you gave her permission or consented to its use.
