What are the laws regarding phone collections from the original credtitor not a third party, do the same regulations apply? Can the original creditor call your neighbors or relative asking them to tell you to call them ,sometimes calling them several times a day

The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act does not apply to the original creditor.
