Force refinance

My ex fiancee and I have are joint signers on a mobile home and a truck. How can I force him to refinance both of them so I can remove my name. I do not have the truck or mobile home and I don't want to be responsible for them.

Unfortunately there is no legal means to force your ex fiancee to refinance. Financing is a private matter between the creditor and the

debtor(s).
