Judge committing perjury?
On a summons I received the judge signed that he had ''reviewed documents of both parties''. This is a blatant lie. I have tried to years to obtain the original application for the credit because I always accept the insurance they offer since I have a disabling medical condition. It never fails that I'm told it's not possible to get that to me. So if the creditor cannot get the application to me to prove I had the insurance, how could the judge ''review the documents of both parties''? Isn't this clearly the judge rubber-stamping these summons and in the process committing perjury himself? I am now disabled and support my 73 y/o disabled parent. After Medicare Part D, our medication costs increased over 300% and our Medicare is paying for less and less (12 doctor visits a year is now the limit, no coverage for dental or eyewear, which the elderly need the most). But back to these scum-sucking judges, Tommy Crosslin has been the judge here for as long as I can remember living here and this county has the most corrupt government in the state. Problem is, everyone is getting their share so nobody in authority cares! Little people like us pay the price and I'm on the verge of suicide they've made my life so miserable! Your suggestions?

You don't get a judgment on a summons unless you FAIL to answer. DID YOU ANSWER THE LAWSUIT and DENY the claim??
You gave NO information to work with. IF the judge is a district court judge then you have 14 days from the date of the judgment to appeal to circuit court. I would strongly suggest this if you have time left in that 14 day window. If you are in Circuit Court your options are limited.
