How do I get my name off a loan with my spouse because he have stop paying the loan

If you are on the loan, you cannot make the loan company take your name off. They have both of you on there in case one of you stops paying.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding your question -- if so contact me or update your question but it sounds like you are on the loan and want off of it because it is not being paid.

I don't know any way for you to do that unless the company agrees or you file for bankruptcy.
