Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Alabama

help

my ex made me pay for a trip over $350.00 and half of that money was my mothers . I also have a recording of him telling that he would pay all of it back even my money . On top of that he put me in harms way. We gave him 30 day to do so in up being 3 months what do I do?

If anything, this sounds like a small claims court issue. However, after you spend time and money on this, it will probably cost you more in the long run.
