overpay
Do I have to pay back overpay if the mistake was not made by me? Also is there a time limitation on when the company can go back and bill me for it?Also is there any kind of a percentage that i can pay instead of the whole amount?

You will probably have to pay it back. You do not say how long it has been, but if they haven't done anything within a couple of years then you should consult with an attorney to see if they can still do it. It would depend on whether it would be considered a contract claim or not. If so, then they would have longer, perhaps 6 years.
