Probably yes. I am not sure what you mean by "dispute." Have you made payment? Have they received your payment? Do you want to return the car? Did they promise financing than never came through (so called "yo-yo financing"?

The repossession was probably done legally, however, it may be worth checking with an attorney to determine whether other laws were violated in the course of the sale or finance of your vehicle.
