Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Alabama
If I signed a personal guarentee for a friend (Contractor) so he may purchase goods for a project and he does not pay all that is owed, when I had no control or knowledge of payments received or payments made. Do I have a defense?

Not against his creditors. Your only recourse is to sue your friend.
