is there a way to get interest cut so I can get a loan paid back?

I am not certain if you are referencing a federal student loan or a private loan. Either way I am not aware of any way to have the lender out and out cut the interest rate. If this is a federal student loan and you are within your grace period, which is within six months after you graduate, you could look at consolidating your loans and lock in a lower rate.
