court appointed attorneys are usually private practicing attorneys who have the burning drive to win cases. So if the facts are given straight to the attorney, they try to do the best with what they are given. I notice your charges are aggravated child abuse. I will tell you that is a difficult case because of the public opinion regarding anything involving a child.
