bad check charges

I would like to know my options in this manner,the charges are almost 8 years old?

Your best options are in this order:

1. get an Alabama lawyer, preferrably

in or near the city or county where the checks

were given and the charges are now.

2. Get the lawyer to communicate with the court to

find out how much is owed, what the court costs

are and any fines.

3. Have the lawyer talk with the DA to structure a

deal

4. Be prepared to pay in full all of the fines,

court costs, and restitution.
