Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alabama

What can i do if a bailbondman hire a cop to come to my home with a benchwarrent from another county to arrest my friend and we provide the cops with paperwork showing that he didn't miss court because the court date hasn't come up so how has a warrent been issued yet. They walked threw my house and i asked them for a search warrent they said they didn't have to show me any because they had a warrent for him. the bailbondman did this because he don't want my friend miss court so i can't be refunded the cost of bail. The two cops wouldn't give me their names and they said sorry about the interuption and left. it was 7am on a saturday morning they made no call downtown to see if it was a cerical error or nothing. I know these guys had no business come to my house with a fake warrent for failure to appear for court. What legal options do i have to take action against this unlawful entry.

based on the facts that you have given me the only thing that i can suggest is that you hire a lawyer to look into the warrant and find out the facts. he can then tell you your options.
