Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alabama

How do I begin this process?

4 years ago my boyfriend went to prison on an armed robbery charge. He has'nt gotten into any trouble since he's been in. His parol date is Dec. 22, 2010. Is there a possibility that he can get an earlier release date and how would I go about doing so.

It depends on the total sentence he was given. An attorney might be able to apply to get him probation earlier than December if his sentence was under 20 years. Let us know if we can help.
