Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alabama
How to get a charge to run concurrent, when it is running consecutive?
My son is in prison on two charges which are running consecutive. I am trying to get information on how they can run concurrent or time served without hiring a lawyer.
If I need to retain a lawyer, what is the feasible amount I should be charge?

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do without getting a new trial. Once a sentence is imposed, there is really nothing you can do.
