Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alabama
I was charged with a class a felony but the charge was dropped to a misdemeanor how do i know if got dropped ar is the felony charge still pending ? and how can i get it change to the misdemeanor its suppose to be !

Go to the clerk's office and get a copy of the case action summary sheet to see what the court ruled and there may be a copy of the plea agreement in the file as well.
