Re: child abuse

There are many different ways to fight an abuse case, but the specific approach to take is going to depend on the particular circumstances of your case. I would suggest that you discuss the matter with an experienced criminal defense attorney to go over all of the options that may be available to you.

Depending on your situation, you may need to explore issues such as parental alienation, false memories of abuse, false allegations of abuse, or the suggestibility of memory in children. The approach to take will be determined by how you came to be falsely acccused in the first place. That is a matter that needs to be discussed privately.

Defending a case like this often involves the use of private investigators and/or expert witnesses. How many of these options to pursue will sometimes depend on your budget for building a defense.

If you would like to discuss the situation with me, please feel free to call me at our 800# on Monday, or send an email directly to me to schedule an appointment. I'll be glad to discuss your case with you and help you figure out which approach to take in clearing your name. Good luck to you, and if we can be of assistance, please give me a call.
