conviction before the trial
A contractor was arrested on a grand jury indictment for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, and was locked up for a few weeks. His name, as well as his company's name were published in the local newspaper. as do all the arrests in the town. Now, his reputation is tarnished and unable to find work. and is now bieng sued for breach of contract resulting from bieng in jail.
He felt like he''s already been convicted of a crime before he was even tried in a court of law.

The contractor needs to get an attorney in both the criminal case as well as the lawsuit. He may have ways to fight both cases, so that the contractor can repair his reputation in the community.
