Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alabama

Corruption charges

I don't know what to put this under. I do have a divorce attorney, but he is not available tonite. My husband put a freeze on our bank account on 2/4/09, because he stated he thought I would take all the money and because I had left our house on 1/22/09 in Tuscaloosa County and came to Birmingham because I was threated with physical volience(this has happened before) and the Judge in Tuscaloosa granted the freeze and I was told that neither one of us could touch the money until the hearing on 2/18/09. Well, I told on the 18th that the money was to go towards paying our marital debts. I just found out from my bank that the money was withdrawn on 2/06/09 by my husband. So, my question is if I feel the judge, my husband's attorney and my husband knew on 18th that there was no money in the account and lead us to believe that there was-that's why it was all allowed to go towards our so called ''marital debts without my approval. I believe this is corrupt and would like to know what action I should take and who do you report such things to?

You need to wait and discuss this with your divorce attorney.
