Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alabama

County Jurisdictions

I have been searching for the jurisdictions of Jefferson County, Alabama. There are 2 divisions, Birmingham and Bessemer and I need to know what areas each of these encompass. Even just the zip codes would be very helpful. I have looked everywhere and if you could tell me where or how to find it. I have used all the sites available and can't find it, not on the Alabama site for these divisions either.

call the jefferson county sheriffs office and give them the address and they can tell you. the boundaries between birmingham division and bessesmer division are not easily identifiable except by address and then application to jefferson county map
