Can you still receive a bond reduction if your case leaves District Court and goes to Circuit Court?

Yes, if a case moves from district court to circuit court, the defendant can still request and receive a bond reduction. The attorney handling the case will need to file a motion for bond reduction in the circuit court, and should be able to obtain a hearing on that motion at the arraignment or at any other hearings coming up in the new future.
