Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alabama
If my domestic violence was dismissed, am i still found guilty?
I was charged with domestic violenceIII/ assaultIII and the case was dismissed. I was ordered to pay court cost. Does this still mean I was found guilty? I'm trying to join the military and they are saying that I can't join because I am still considered guilty.

Hi,i read abt your case.no as per legally & as per my knowledge you are not guilty now as the case is dismissed.there must be some hard & fast rules for the recruitment of said post in army.or there must be some illegality is happening.so i suggest you to contact your attorney in previous case or sue the department for the same.
thanks & regards,
