If you have acid reflux will it affect the resluts of a breath test. I burped about two minutes before the test .I weigh 240 pounds and i drank six of seven beers in a period of five hours. I was not impaired any i asked for a blood test but was not given one. Thank you for any information

acid reflux will probably effect the intoxilizer 5000, but the problem is proving it and how soon after the reflux the test was administered. you should have been allowed a blood test if you had the means to pay for it and told the officers of your ability to do so.
