Ex-husband gets credit card with my forged signature
My ex-husband obtained a credit card after our divorce
by using my forged signature, He has paid off the card
can I have him arrested? If so are there a time limit?

this could be forgery in the second degree which is a felony and the statute of limitations is 3 years. if the magistrate or d.a.that you see determines that the forgery is in the third degree then it is a misdemeanor and the statute of limitations is 12 months. please feel free to call me if you wish to discuss this further.
