Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alabama
Expungement or Seals of Records
My brother has a misdemeanor charge of Domestic Violence in Alabama. He is currently trying to join the US ARMY and they say that he has to have that charge expunged to join. Does Alabama have laws that allow for expungement in misdemeanor cases? Because although it's a misdemeanor in the free world, it's a felony in the military world.

He will definitely have to get a lawyer. There is no way to deal with this without having those skills and knowledge.
