Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alabama
A group of people burned down my neighbors home and mine was damaged during the blaze. A video camera captured it on video. can i sue?

Are you serious? You have video evidence of people burning down a house? That is amazing.
The answer is: yes. You can definitely sue someone for damage to your house caused by their intentional burning of a neighboring structure. You should sue them quickly, though, because they're probably about to lose all their money defending themselves from the criminal justice system.
