illegal search and seizure

Me and my friends were eating in a restraunt. My friend had been drinking and there happen to be cops in the restraunt. The cop asked my friend when he went into the bathroom if he had been drinking and my friend told him yes and said he had beer in my car. The cop told him that they were going outside and they were gonna pour it out i was not told this was going on and hadf no idea that there was beer in the car they went outside and the cop got into my car somehow without the keys (it does have a keypad for a code) i had the keys in my pocket. another one of my friends comes back in the restraunt and tells me that the cop is searching my car i go out and he had found a pipe that was in there that i didn't know about the cop then searched our person (patted us down) put us in the car and took us to jail with out our rights being read. And i have 4 witnesses to say that he said nothing to me about searching my car. Do i have a case for illegal search and seizure?
