Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alabama
''instrument''
In 13A-9-3(a)(2) of the Code of Alabama it mentions ''an instrument filed''. What exactly do they mean by ''instrument''? Would an exhibit filed with the court be considered an ''instrument''? Please help!!!

Can you give me some more information please?
Do you mean you are charged with filing an forged exhibit in a proceeding? Or are you asking if something filed by the prosecutor that is forged would be under this section?
