Legal Question in Criminal Law in Alabama
if a man jumps from a 13 stories building and I shot him out the seven floor window can I be charged with murder?

Silly question. Yes. If your bullet struck him and hastened his death, and he died before he hit the ground --- well, answer your own homework question. The fact that his death was inevitable because of his leap from the 13th floor does not allow you to kill him. Death is inevitable for all of us, but that does not make murder premissible.
