I am on probation for a misdameanordomestic violence charge.I have a misdameanor marijuana charge pending.What are the chances of jail time?I am totally disabled and take many prescription meds,also have a may date for an anurism operation

If your circuit has a drug court or deferred prosecution program upon your completion of a drug treatment program, it is likely there will be no jail time.
