Unfortunately, there is probably no such standard motion. I've never come across one. Furthermore, I don't know enough to know if your situation can be helped via a simple motion. For example, I don't know what the detainer is for, what your grounds for removing it are, and what state the detainer is in. You can look for forms at findlaw, but I am unsure if they have what you need.
