Motion to Surpress

How do I word a motion to surpress evidence that was found while the task force claimed they had a call about a lab but they knew the house did not smell like it? no search warrant and io withdrew my permission after they admited ther was no smell. The only evidence they found was a small amount of marajuaina and what they labeled as paraphanilia. also they founmd nothin to substain any link to chemicals that could be used.

The question you're asking is impossible to answer in this context. There are far too many facts and circumstances of which one would need to be aware in order to draft a motion to suppress. Each case is addressed on its own merits. Additionally, you would want an attorney to do research to see if there are any other cases which have similar facts. If you truly intend to file a motion to suppress, you sould hire an attorney to do it or allow your court-appointed attorney to do it.
