If one is arrested for possession of a controlled substance what is the possible conviction

there can be various penalties for possession of a controlled substance depending on the substance and the amount involved. posession of marijuana for personal use is a misdemeanor in ala, however posession of marijuana for other than personal use is a felony. possession of other controlled substances in ala are felonies and the penalty may depend on the amount in the defendant's possession. please call me at 879-9595 and i will be glad to discuss this matter in more detail
